I hope all of you are having as good of a day as possible. I first wanted to say thanks to all for the messages of hope and collaboration that have been sent through in various ways over the past few weeks. I know that so many of us greatly appreciate these. In hopefully adding to this further, I wanted to send out a video clip that we put together thanks to our Development Department here at Easterseals. Although a little longer than your quick soundbite, it encompasses what I believe are important pragmatic considerations and overarching messages specifically for parents and families to preserve our health & well-being, and collectively grow stronger in the weeks and months to come. Here is the link, which is on the Easterseals YouTube page.
Although none of us certainly wanted to be in the middle of a pandemic, there are great opportunities to connect with others and embrace resiliency and hope in all sorts of ways, for this generation and those to come.
Please consider checking it out and passing it along others. There will be more coming on ESRC social media about this.
